We ship at most two days after receiving the payment. Orders will be sent by certified Post and will be delivered to the address you provided as soon as we received the payment. As soon as we send you the package we will send you a message with the shipping tracking number.

We cannot give you an exact shipping time, but the national shipping usually takes between 2 and 4 days, and the international shipping from two weeks (although it can vary depending on the mail service of each country).

We do not include insurance for International shipments to part of the service that the Post Office itself can provide.
